However, I did notice they were a bit busy, and it seemed like some patients had to wait longer than necessary. I think additional staff could address that. I had a wonderful experience at this medical clinic! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The nurse who took my vitals was attentive and took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. The doctor I saw was thorough and made sure to explain everything clearly, which made me feel at ease during my appointment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be to have clearer signage for new patients about where to go.
